I have tried it and its horrible Firefox being far superior. If you want the latest Firefox release (currently 3.5.7) Install the Official the Mozilla version of Firefox using Ubuntuzilla

http://sourceforge.net/apps/mediawiki/ub鈥?/a>

Ubuntuzilla when you run the script automatically replaces the Firefox that came preinstalled on Ubuntu with the Official latest Mozilla release

LUg.|||what the guy above said. ubuntu runs on a lunix kernel so you need a lunix version of the browser|||You can download a native Linux version of Google Chrome from the Google Chrome website.|||Go to http://www.google.com/chrome on your Linux machine and click download. Agree to the terms and blah blah blah, then when it's done downloading, if it doesn't start automatically, just click it and it will install the .deb file. Then you have Google Chrome, the Best Web Browser EVARRRR.
