Change Google Chrome download options?

Whenever I open up a download, google chrome instantly uses a chosen one instantly. In my case, WinZip, and I prefer Winrar because Zip is known to have extraction problems. Is there a way to make chrome ASK me before downloading?|||in google chrome the download will be showing on the footer of your window, also when you click show downloads all, it will show the entire downloads, where you have already downloaded
