It says this when you want to download or install once you have downloaded?
If you are on a website and you are trying to download it and it gives you that error, I would just try and downloaded from a different site/mirror
If you have already downloaded it onto your computer and are now trying to install it, it sounds like it's corrupt. Downloaded it again from somewhere else.
