Google Chrome won't download?

I've been trying to download Google Chrome. Everytime I download it, and a box pops up and says "Installation failed due to unspecified error." It offers "help for the issue" through a link at the bottom of the box. I went to the link, and it talks about deleting the Application folder. I try to delete this folder, all it says is that it can't and offers a "Try Again" button. Please help!|||Go into the Temp folder and delete all the files. The temp folder may be too big.
