How to set google chrome settings for downloading manually rather den fix download folder?

Whenever I download anything in google chrome it automatically download it on download folder. But i want to download things manually in my hard disc|||Go to Options, Under the Hood, and scroll down to Downloads section. Then check the box next to "Ask where to save each file before downloading" and close out of Options.
